Driven by Expertise. Defined by People.

We deliver trusted outcomes shaped by expert teams and seasoned leaders.

Our Story

We started in 2005 with a simple intent, converting information into insight by making regulatory reporting easier to get right. From there, we’ve grown alongside the regulators we serve, helping shape how digital reporting has evolved along the way. We continue to expand, today covering 25+ countries around the world, backed by a team who understand the space from every angle, finance and accounting specialists, product builders, and compliance experts, and guided by seasoned leaders from across the globe.

Global Footprint

Headquartered in Singapore, DataTracks operates across the US, UK, EU, Netherlands, Ireland, Malaysia, South Africa and India. Each region is staffed by people who know that market’s filing requirements directly, not a single team working every regulator the same way.

Our People

DataTracks is led day to day by an executive team across regions, supported by specialists in tax, compliance and technology, and guided by our Board of Directors.
