BEPS Pillar Two – GloBE Information Return

The 15% global minimum tax is in effect. MNE groups with revenues of €750 million or more must file an approved GloBE return by June 30, 2026. DataTracks automates data collection, ETR calculations, and XML production, ensuring that it is audit-ready and delivered on time.

April 2027 mandate

Companies House digital filing

From April 1, 2027, all UK firms, including dormant entities, must file digitally in iXBRL format. Paper filing comes to an end. DataTracks currently supports Companies House iXBRL tagging. The transition begins today.
